Stargate has an exciting offer for a Documentation Engineer with a background in engineering to join our team.
You will be taking the lead in all activities at Stargate related to documentation, such as creating, organizing, and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. Given the timing of you joining Stargate and the early stage the company is in, you will have a unique opportunity to have meaningful impact in the development of a new company and an emerging industry.

What does the day-to-day look like in this role?
The initial scope of the role will depend on your background and experience level. Your responsibilities will include:
Working closely with the engineering and product management team to understand our product and services
Creating and updating manuals and other technical documentation that explain how to install, maintain and operate our electrolysers
Developing and maintaining templates and standards for technical documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy
Managing documentation projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating the input of other team members
Must-have qualifications:
Degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Product Development)
Prior experience in technical documentation
Fluent in English
Curiosity and eagerness to learn more about different aspects of electrolysis technology
Ability to work independently, self-discipline
Nice-to-have qualifications:
Knowledge of electrolyser technology
Experience with complex technical products
Knowledge about Pressure Equipment Directive, ATEX Directive, Machine Directive
