We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing methods for manufacturing electrolyser stacks. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission of reducing carbon emissions and advancing the global transition to sustainable energy.

What does the day-to-day look like in this role?
The initial scope of the role will depend on your background and experience level. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing methods for manufacturing electrolyser stacks
Designing and developing manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems for the production of electrolyser stacks
Improving existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and solve manufacturing issues
Developing and implementing quality control systems to ensure the consistent and reliable production of high-quality products
Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Must-have qualifications:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the field of renewable energy or electrochemical systems
Experience in developing and implementing manufacturing processes and equipment
Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies and process
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
